What is it?

Same construction as the Anglophone subscribers stack, applied to our curated panel of Francophone crypto creators. The panel is smaller (about 27 channels against about 63 Anglophone), so absolute stack heights are read on their own scale. Negative monthly deltas are clamped to zero.

How to read

Stack height = total new subscribers across all Francophone channels for that month. The BTC overlay on the right axis (logarithmic) shows the BTC price on the same dates. The timing and amplitude of the stack can be compared with the Anglophone equivalent (narrative-yt-stacked-subscribers-en); the comparison shows whether their largest months fall on the same dates. No regional flow or delay is computed. The latest point (current month) shows the trailing 30-day total, refreshed daily; closed months remain exact calendar totals.

• The panel covers about 27 Francophone channels against about 63 Anglophone channels, so absolute heights are lower and are read on their own scale • A month's height is the sum of the panel's subscriber deltas for that month • Negative monthly deltas are clamped to zero, so a month at zero can also be a month of small losses • The last point is a 30-day trailing total and is not comparable to a closed calendar month • The chart sets no bull or bear level

What to observe

• Which channel contributes the largest share of the stack in a given month • Whether the same channel stays the largest over consecutive months or the composition changes • The amplitude of a month compared with the preceding closed months of the same panel • The difference between the last point, a 30-day trailing total, and the preceding closed months

Historical context

Coverage starts in 2023. Monthly values before the live cutoff come from the frozen SocialBlade history; later months are summed from daily channel statistics, and the current month is a 30-day trailing total. The chart shows the months observed since coverage began; the calculation attributes them to no cycle or event.

Expert notes

The Francophone channel panel is a Trinity editorial curation built from FR/BE/CH-based creators. The chart is a proprietary lens : there is no equivalent stacked-area view of Francophone crypto YouTube available in any major analytics platform.

Common mistakes to avoid

Smaller stack than Anglophone = Francophone audience is dying ❌. The Francophone panel simply has fewer channels, so its absolute totals are lower; the shape of its own history is what the stack shows, not a level comparable with the Anglophone panel.
