TAE, Trinity Audit Engine
TAE is the continuous verification engine that compares every Trinity metric against its public reference source. Every API response carries a certification status.
Principle
For every non-proprietary metric, TAE independently recomputes the value from the public reference source (FRED, ECB, BoJ, BIS, blockchain) then compares against the API-served result. Any deviation beyond a declared tolerance is logged.
Certification statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
pass | Metric aligned with its reference source. |
warn | Deviation under investigation (close to tolerance). |
fail | Deviation beyond tolerance, data is not served. |
no_audit | Trinity proprietary metric, no public reference available. |
