Get the latest conviction index value. Tier gating: - FREE: band + last_changed only, no score, is_locked=True - PRO: score + band, no component breakdown - PERFORMANCE: full breakdown with components

Authentication

This endpoint requires the X-API-Key header or a valid Clerk JWT. Accepted schemes: APIKeyHeader, HTTPBearer.
