Get Metrics Reachability

Les grandeurs que le miroir derive (F76) nomme non atteignables (fiche F81). Les surfaces qui portent la cloche d'alerte lisent cette liste pour ne l'afficher que la ou une alerte peut partir. La liste sort du miroir, elle n'est jamais recopiee cote site : le jour ou le miroir change, la cloche suit.

Authentication

This endpoint requires the X-API-Key header or a valid Clerk JWT. Accepted schemes: APIKeyHeader, HTTPBearer.
