MCP Terms

MCP Terms of Service

These terms supplement the global Trinity Insights Terms of Service (/legal/terms) for the specific use of the Trinity Insights MCP Server.

1. Acceptance

Use of the Trinity Insights MCP Server is subject to the prior acceptance of the Trinity Insights Terms of Service, the Trinity Insights Privacy Policy, these MCP Terms, and the MCP Privacy Policy. Creation of an MCP API key via the Dashboard constitutes irrevocable acceptance of all of the above.

2. Purpose of the MCP Server

The Trinity Insights MCP Server is a technical interface that allows Model Context Protocol compatible clients (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, Windsurf, VS Code, Perplexity, etc.) to access Trinity Insights data and educational content programmatically.

The MCP exposes read-only tools exclusively. No tool executes a trading operation, triggers any action outside the Trinity platform, or provides investment advice. All returned data is accompanied by an atemporal institutional disclaimer.

3. Permitted use

The MCP may be used for:

4. Prohibited conduct

5. Access tier and billing

The MCP access scope strictly mirrors your Trinity Insights subscription tier. No separate billing is applied for MCP usage. A tier upgrade or downgrade on the dashboard propagates to the MCP within 60 seconds.

The scope per tier is documented at /mcp/docs/tier-access.

6. Limitation of liability

Trinity Insights is an analytical tool for educational and informational purposes. No investment decision shall be based solely on Trinity data. The user is solely responsible for their decisions and the consequences thereof.

Trinity does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, freshness, or uninterrupted availability of the service. Service interruptions, calculation errors, freshness gaps, or inconsistencies may occur and do not give rise to any compensation.

Trinity shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the MCP: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, opportunity costs, etc.

7. Regulatory compliance

Trinity Insights is an educational and informational analytical tool. Trinity is not a Conseiller en Investissements Financiers (CIF) within the meaning of articles L.541-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code, is not a Prestataire de Services sur Actifs Numériques (PSAN) registered with the AMF, and is not a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under MiCA Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. See /legal/mica-status for the detailed status.

8. Revocation and termination

Trinity may revoke any MCP API key at any time, with or without notice, in case of breach of these Terms, suspected abusive use, breach of applicable laws, or for operational reasons (maintenance, security, service restructuring). The user may revoke their keys at any time via the Dashboard, or terminate their Trinity Insights subscription under the global terms.

9. Amendments to the Terms

Trinity reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to users by email. Continued use of the MCP after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts having jurisdiction at the registered office of Trinity Insights, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law and private international law.
