This page details the regulatory status of Trinity Insights with respect to French and European regulations applicable to investment services and digital asset services.
Financial Investment Advisor (CIF)
Trinity Insights is not a Financial Investment Advisor (CIF) within the meaning of articles L.541-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code.
Trinity Insights does not provide personalized advice recommending any transaction involving financial instruments. The content made available is for educational and informational purposes only, and is not tailored to the user's personal situation.
Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN)
Trinity Insights is not a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) registered or licensed by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
Trinity Insights provides none of the digital asset services listed in article L.54-10-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (custody, purchase/sale on behalf of third parties, trading, operation of a trading platform, investment advice on digital assets, etc.). Trinity Insights does not hold, transfer, or convert digital assets on behalf of its users.
Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) — MiCA Regulation
Trinity Insights is not a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of 31 May 2023 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA).
Trinity Insights provides none of the crypto-asset services listed in article 3(1)(16) of the MiCA Regulation. The MiCA transitional period ended on 1 July 2026; any operator providing MiCA-regulated services within the European Economic Area must be authorised. Trinity Insights, as an educational analytical tool, falls outside the scope of MiCA-regulated services.
What Trinity Insights is
Trinity Insights is an educational and informational on-chain Bitcoin and macro-intelligence analytical tool. The platform aggregates, reprocesses and presents public data (Bitcoin network, public macroeconomic sources such as Fed/ECB/BoJ/BIS, public data aggregators) in the form of visualisations and proprietary indicators.
Trinity proprietary indicators (TCI, TCTI, Trinity Code, TLBI, TSS, TSMI, TRI, TAI) are proprietary multi-factor models. Their formulas, weightings, inputs and parameters are not disclosed. Only scores and their atemporal interpretation zones are made accessible to subscribers.
